Fresh blackcurrants, fresh blueberries, smoke, spice, flint/gunpowder chocolate, eucalyptus dried flowers on the nose. Medium + body with medium tannin and medium acid. Flavors consistent with the aromas. Great pairing with Hauxmole (mole de caderas).
Overall, I really like this effort from Madero. It makes me more excited about the wines of Parras than I was before.
