  This beautiful Aubergine wine has the nose of dark cherry, caramel & vanilla which meld into a palate of plum, bright cherry, vanilla & sage. The middle notes are balanced well with toffee, & a roasted redwood profile which leads to a short smooth clean finish. Excellent, Excellent wine.... goes great with Penne alla Vodka.
