He and his wife are out on their own. They put all the chips on the table and went for it. No additives in the winery. Break a Leg "this chassis loves food" which is the Break a Leg line - BTG line. Soft granitic soils. 1000 L french oak barrels. 60% of that. Beautiful salinity is the idea. And that does have a wonderful salinity to it. Very salty indeed. Strawberry leaf.

Lay & Wheeler South Africa tasting (Glazier's Hall): Peach, raspberry, a good balance of depth and sharpness. Very fresh with bright acidity: refreshing with good length.
