  Medium body, bright golden colour. Dominant gasoline and haystack aroma following by green apples and lime palate and dry finish. Crisp, hedonistic acidity. Food friendly, well pairing to sashimi. Open a few minutes ahead. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Still vibrant and enjoyable, drink up.
