Close your eyes and it is Meursault — minerality with rich tropical fruit and dense chewy texture. A little reserved day 1, but after 24 hours, lime juice and zest came out firing. Maybe needs a little time to show its full potential.

Deep golden color, citrus fruit, honey and subtle toasty notes in the bouquet. Fresh and bright acidic textures, crisp, granny smith apple flavors with a stony quality in the finish. Leaves your mouth watering. Light to medium bodied.

Had with Gambas Al Ajillo. Can't really pick up anything on the nose other than pineapples and pears.
On the palate: plenty of acidity that shines through with limes, salinity and oyster shells. Fantastic wine picked up on a recommendation, excited to see how the other bottles will develop.

Discrete nose and palate. Dry withgood mineral salty notes which add complexity. Probably to young to drink.
