Pyramid Valley tasting at 67PM with Steve Smith MW. Drank in Zalto Universal. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, bright ruby colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of raspberry, strawberry confit, small red flowers, fresh garden after the rain, some dusty stones and earth. Youthful. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium- tannins, medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of gentle raspberries, strawberry, earthy dusty stones minerality. Long juicy finish. Very good quality. Extremely pleasant young drinking Pinot Noir that is effortlessly elegant without being overly fruity. So approachable.

A real beauty, drinking now but probably will get better. Wonderful Burgundy notes
