  Pale gold color. Developing, med(+) aromas of flint, honey, apple, almond, brioche, lemon, honey, Parmigiano Reggiano, chestnut. Med(+) body, dry, delicate mousse, high acidity. A lot more toastier than lower priced wines from the producer with a good mix of citrus and tree fruits. Round and rich but most Champagne-like wine among the tastes wines at the winery.
