Light body, greenish straw colour, 11.5% abv. Elegant orchard fruits, citrus and dried grass aroma. Dominant green apples and citrus zest palate following by refreshing acidity of lime and dry, mineral finish of good length. Crisp, rather basic than complex but so enjoyable, well balanced. Food friendly, well pairing to mussels’ soup. Serve 10ºC - 12ºC. Open a few minutes ahead. Drink now and next 4/5 years.

Pale yellow colour, smells of quince, grapefruit and a little bit of lychee, medium to full body, has a little bit of residual sugar, so not completely dry, in the mouth quince and grapefruit with a little bit of lychee in the background, first glass hardly has any acidity, second glass has a little bit of acidity, third glass has a medium acidity, in the aftertaste quince and grapefruit, very good length (20 sec), good Riesling, but has only a little bit of acidity, could be too young.

At the verry tip of what can be called dry (9g/l rs) and its noticable. Well balanced acids. Pale and young golden ish color.
👃 Lemon, green apples, minerals & apricot
More fun on its own than with food, but none the less a great food wine as well
Riesling from Graach regardles of vineyard Always hits just right
