  Continues to drink beautifully with mature vibrant fruit on the nose and palate, refreshing acidity, and long finish.

  very plummy, some oak on the nose, more woodsy, mature and downbeat. Even a little nutty. More acidity on the palate but not quite lean.

  some black prunes, smoky, leather notes. More mellow and elegant now, but lost a lot of the fresh and intense fruit it possessed when young.

  Youthful crimson color with a tad of bricking. Strawberry, mulberry, Christmas spice, and dissolved CO2 nose, no doubt some unintended in-bottle fermentation, but still a very clean wine. Flavors are tasty and more evolved with red fruits, leather, brown sugar cured ham, and red fruit acidity and mild tannin. A longer finish would have been welcome. Quite enjoyable bottle.
