  ENGLISH:
  Nose: Very crystal clear and delicate, fresh and slightly juicy, honeydew melon and delicate peach, more obvious is the nectarine and a nice minerality, some pear
  Taste: Cantaloupe, crisp pear, more acidity in a small but noticeable spike, more than the nose suggested, white flowers, some ginger and nectarine, mineral notes and some orange blossom, medium body, silky-round, without edges apart from the acid spike, crisp-short finish with lime and pear
  Comment: Nice Proto-Chenin Blanc, with all kinds of fish dishes and on the terrace in summer, the 7 months in the tanks have brought the acidity down nicely and rounded it off pleasantly overall.
  
  ORIGINAL (GERMAN):
  Nose: Sehr klar und delikat, frisch und leicht saftig, Honigmelone und delikater Pfirsich, prägnanter ist Nektarine und eine schöne Mineralik, etwas Birne
  Taste: Cantaloupe, knackige Birne, mehr Säure in einem kleinen, aber merklichen Spike als die Nase vermuten ließ, weiße Blüten, etwas Ingwer und Nektarine, mineralische Noten und etwas Orangenblüte, mittlerer Körper, seidig-rund dabei, ohne Kanten abseits des Säurespikes, knackig-kurzes Finish mit Limette und Birne
  Comment: Netter Proto-Chenin Blanc, zu allerlei Fischgerichten und die Terrasse im Sommer, die 7 Monate im Tank haben die Säure schön runtergeholt und ihn insgesamt angenehm abgerundet.

  Pale lemon with gold tint
  Med + intensity nose, peach, Nectarine, honey, vanilla
  High acidity, med alcohol, med + body, pronounced intensity, med + finish.
  Drink now will continue to improve with age for next 3 years.
  
  I love this fine, fantastic value for price point, with a lovely fullness texture and good finish.

  Sealed under screwcap. Pnp. Crystalline good in colour. Clean nose of egg cream, slightly wooly, limestone, buttered popcorn and yellow plum. Medium bodied, soft and creamy, round mouthfeel, with a bit of astringency on the finish. The palate follows the nose almost exactly. Lots of creamy yellow plum, egg cream and lanolin. Quite ling on the finish with excellent flavour replays. Quality wine that would stand up to a wide variety of foods, from poultry to meaty fish, roasted root vegetables to quiche.
