A lighter "café" version of Zlatan Otok's other Plavac wines, named after the winery's marina-side restaurant and wine bar, in the village of Sveta Nedilja on the island of Hvar. A bit of stinky reduction when first opened, not unexpected in a young red made and aged solely in stainless steel. Typical blueberry fruit of the varietal whose parents are Primitivo, a.k.a. Zinfandel, a.k.a. Crljenak kastelanski and the indigenous Dobricic. Meant for early drinking on the patio. Simple but tasty. See https://www.vinumusa.com/wines/bilo-idro-plavac.
