  • Haven't had it yet, but wanted to post a review. From Vin Chicago:

"Andrew Jones understands better than anyone how to create pretty, soulful, energized wines with a pinch of old world funk at a kick-ass price. Great drinkability combines with enough classic complexity and real wine structure to keep you coming back for more. Incredibly vivid, this fresh, lightly-colored blend of 65% Gamay and 35% Pinot Noir from Eola Springs Vineyard was raised exclusively in neutral French oak barrels. Its flavors of fresh-picked-and-crushed cherries foster a visual hallucination, with loads of crushed stone, wildflowers, fresh green herb, tobacco, violet and bee pollen adding welcome complexity. It is party-time chillable, but also offers classy harmony, silkiness, length and sophistication. This balanced middleweight is a gregarious dinner table partner for, well, just about anything!"
