  • This wine is developing very nicely. Honey dew melon on the nose amongst some citrus and orchard amuse bouches. Pear and white pepper too. Enticing. Acidity and sweetness vie for attention. Soft mineral dry yet fruity waxiness in the mouth giving a nice lip smacking more-ishness. Burgundian? Oh do behave and yet.. perchance to dream.. a very intriguing wine which deserves a much larger audience. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  • The wine looks blonde colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like apricot, apple, light toast and gooseberry. It tastes like apricot, a very little passion fruit, slight maracuja, oak, light toast and little acid going into grapefruit. The body is medium/full, which appears only after the 2nd & 3rd good qty. in the mouth. The wine has something satin-like texture, with a dry direction. The wine lasts long. The wine has medium acidity.
Tasted the wine from a Temp. range of 4°-13°C. Will enjoy the same in the evening with a salmon steak.
