When first opened, there is a wisp of volatility. But after that blows off, an exotic nose emerges. Medium color and density. Because of its acidity, restrained fruit and mild tannins, this is a Pinot that demands food. Good stuff!

Good QPR @$20 for ribbon ridge AVA. Only outward difference between this wine and the base PN is a sticker on the neck, and $5 more. Didn't not seem the same wine though probably within bottle variance. Little darker and more fruity. Classic OR PN profile.
