Ripe yelow peach, lime, lemon peel, brioche, hazelnuts, walnuts on the nose. Of all their wines we tasted, this felt the nuttiest. The palate adds fresh mint leaves. It is dominated by bread and nuts, with the fruit in the background. Also, the peach turns into peach jam. Intensity of both flavors and aromas is medium +.
Medium + body with medium acid. Drink now.

Drunk over two days, Zalto champagne glass. On the second day it showed notes of dark dust, toast and nuts. It has that meaty dark quality that prolonged aging on the lees seems to give (disgorged 02/2022). Some wood, long aftertaste and great texture. Really fine, deserves aging. It is certainly not cheap, but a champagne at this quality is surely more expensive.
