  Interesting wine. On the nose it comes across with Riesling like aromas of honey, lemon, slight petrol, yet the stone fruit characteristics of Sauvignon blanc. On the palet it has that oily like viscosity of Riesling, but lighter in body. High acidity with flavour profiles of considerable citrus with some minerality. First time trying assyrtiko, makes me think of elements from both Riesling and Sauvignon blanc blended. Enjoyable.
