  Very citrusy and astringent. Interesting cloudy (hence the name) Pet Nat that is reminiscent of grapefruit juice with a dose of fresh white peach juice. Mostly Colombard grapes, with some Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay
  and certified organic peaches from northern Sacramento Valley. Methode Champenoise. Non-disgorged.
