(Zilliken Ockfener Bockstein Beerenauslese) From Rudi Wiest's cellar stored since release. Full bottle with a spining capsule. Just a beautifuly stored bottle. The wine was just perfect. Incredibly rich and decadent and so delicate at the same time. Just an awe-inspiring desert wine. The botrytis was clean and pure and the acidity was perfect for the amount of sweetnes. Not zingy but still right there. Really great texture and length. Memorable.12/22/2006, (See more on Rockss and Fruit...)
