  Pale ruby - unfiltered
  Medium plus aromas of red cherry/ fresh herbs/ hoisin sauce with underbrush and saline notes
  Medium bodied with palate of tart cherry and rhubarb with distinct salinity
  Medium tannins and medium plus acidity with medium alcohol
  Really an interesting and delicious Pinot - can really note the proximity to the ocean and cool climate here
  Drinking great now but could hold 2-4 yrs

  Lacked the same floral/rose petal nose of other Sandhi Pinot Noirs that we tried. Well structured but nothing special for the high price.
