Color is candied orange peel. On the nose an incredible mix of coconut custard, roasted pineapple, burnt caramel and vanilla sugar. There is minerality in the air as well. In the mouth this is luscious and full bodied without being viscous and cloying. The RA is fully integrated and the aromas (coconut, roasted pineapple) are mirrored beautifully on the palate. The only drawback was the short aftertaste. Could have gone on a little longer.

Deep golden-amber colour with an intoxicating nose that shows all sorts of tropical fruits over honey, smoke, cinnamon, cloves, saffron and nutmeg. Full bodied and rich on the palate with honey-drenched tropical fruits, pears and citrus flavours over softer caramel and spicy notes. Despite the intense botrytised flavours this doesn't feel particularly sweet, with surprisingly lively acidity underneath the rich fruit and honeyed flavours. Finishes very long - a real wow wine.

Deep mahogany. Incredible match for foie gras. Complex nose and palate, just enough fruit and a light sweetness to balance.
