Bingham reserve wines are well worth the upcharge! Super dark, full flavored. Fruit forward on the nose. Tastes younger than it is. Tannins very present. Good aging potential. This is a Texas wine that holds its own with old world and west coast wines.

Deep purple in color; violets, plums, lilac (I think), and a little vanilla on the nose; medium acidity, high tannins; tastes like crushed gravel, flowers, and black cherries with a medium finish. The aromas are amazing! Tastes like an old world red. Grippy tannins, and good minerality. A little light on fruit, but I love it. Nellie likes it too.
