I can see that some might like this. Not like a NZ Sauvignon Blanc, not crisp and dry, more like a chardonnay. I actually put it in the freezer for 30-minutes to see if it would get crisper, no dice. So, if you like a nice crisp, dry, SB, this is not for you. But, might be good with cheese on the patio before dinner. The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit and lemon. The body is light/medium. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.
