Delicious, refreshing, spicy & good fruit. Goes w/ anything that a pinot noir would like. We had w/ salmon. Best w/ food. (and I don't like roses -- but this was very good)

Very drinkable and refreshing rose. Iinitially spicy with lots of strawberry. A little bit less of a light sipping wine then other roses, of the few pairings we tried it seemed to go best with a thai chile beef dish and does seem to need food more then some other roses' we've been sampling this summer.

A blend of four varietals, grenache, cabernet, shiraz and dolcetto makes for a very fruity and fun wine. Although a darker rose color than most, it is not very dense. In fact, it is all about the front palate but ohh what great intensity of the intial berry components - strawberry and golden rasperry. At 11.5% alcohol, a most refreshing summer quaffer.
