Lemon, citrus, delicate floral notes, maybe a bit of flint or rock. Balance here of acid, mouthfeel, touch of oak is elite. Maybe my mind's just playing tricks on me, but understanding Littorai's farming practices I am not surprised by how complex this is.

Color: light canary yellow Nose: lemon zest, fennel pollen, light echos of baked pastry, wet rocks, yoghurt and lemon oil. Good intensity Palate: medium-high acidity, body is medium-full closer to full. Confirms the nose with some lime added.it is intense and it is persistent, with good balance Finish: medium
Quite a lot of force here, with a clear though linear evolution from the first pour to the last. Barrel is extremely well judged, but the wine is young. I would guess we have another 5 years to get this fully out of its shell. Best after two hours of air, summer room temp.

Pale yellow in the glass. Vibrant citrus / lemon notes. Medium body. Good acidity. Long finish. Great overall wine.
