Nose: Apricot, coriander seed, sea air. Sulfur upon opening, but after half an hour it mostly blows off. Perfumey. Palate: Underripe stone fruit: Apricot, nectarine, lychee. Lime juice and salt. Light to medium body, high acid, slight grip from the light touch on the skins. Good length in the finish with flowers and eucalyptus. This is pretty good, but I do think it's a little pricey.
Revisiting my rating to take it down a couple of points. On night one, I thought the sulfur blew off, but on nights 2 and 3, I keep getting it for the first 10 minutes or so in the first pour. I think I just get used to it each evening, but it's not blowing off. I'm not into that.

Apricots, honey, dried peach, maybe a hint of something vegetal and spicy. Flinty or sulphurous on the nose. Lightly textured, and only modestly tannic, with moderate acidity. Really complex and well made.

Fabulous orange-white wine for the price. Improved over several hours - apricots mostly, some orange peel, sea breeze, honey. Feels like the wine equivalent of getting crystals in an aged Comte. Acidic in just the right way - could drink lots of this come summer.

Solid. Minerally. You notice the slight skin contact on the finish. A hint of bitter at the end.
