With a couple of hours open time in bottle, it becomes a nice, pleasant though one dimensional wine. Cherry and raspberry flavors, smooth and easy. Nice bottle, if nothing too exceptional.

Rich and creamy, velvety, soft tannins, deep, lovely fruit of black cherries and blackcurrants, smooth, juicy, graphite, very big (14.5%), immense even for PN.

Terroir-istes International - Chile & Argentina (Rodwell House): Ruby colour with a slight orange rim. Charming aromas of earth, red plum, rose oil and raspberry. Intense A vibrancy and fruit purity on entry, this light+ bodied wine has a gentle textural feel with notes of coffee, boiled sweets and wood spice. It feels a little bipolar with a touch of green yet with apparent sweetness. A lively acid, the wine feels relatively simple. Alcohol at 14.5% seems integrated.

Quite deep blood/ruby. Rim showing a touch of pink, but also curiously of garnet. Lush and lavish on the nose. Very sweet and oaky. Somewhere beneath is fat cherry fruit. Mouth entry is broad and soft, even unfocused. Seems to lack acidity. With air some truffley notes appear and mesh with the sweet oak spice. A vague plummy fruit and a lot of alcohol on the finish. Not recommended. 2
