Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Organic wine; blend of chardonnay, semillon, petit manseng & gros manseng.
The nose is lifted and quite floral, with the palate following suit. Orange blossom takes the forefront on both counts with only a teeny tiny soupçon of pet nat funkiness. In spite of its 13.5% ABV, there is a weightlessness and delicacy to this wine that comes as quite a surprise. It drinks like a dream and with a crazy long finish to boot.
