Piemonte Visit ... end of summer 2023; 8/23/2023-9/25/2023 (Piemonte Alba area): Nose is a bit toasted, with reduction, a bit "matured", meaning you can sense the oak influence here, Morassina btw is the only wine at Cortese with the Chard, that undergoes a bit of new oak, barriques aging.
