Scents of peach and lemon, a full-bodied experience with uplifting acid and layered textures, flavors of citrus, biscuit, salted lemon and camomile tea, quite complex and tasty, mineral and saline hints carry off the finish, in a nice place with potential to improve with age, excellent with grilled ham and cheese sandwich on sourdough
