Nerves of steel, this wine. Not at all tart, but with a huge back-palate hit a second or two into the first sip. From Rosemary's Vineyard. If there's a '21 Talley vineyard, I haven't heard about it. I tried it only a day or two after it arrived and I think it was a bit shocked. I found it more reticent (opened on release) than the than the Talley Vineyard that Kinero has been doing for so many years. That said, it's perfectly delicious, balanced, and age-worthy, perhaps even more age-worth than the Talley bottling. It should be stellar in few years. Never underestimate how these wines can blossom with time.
