  Young and juicy needs its time and soft of felt a bit less impressive than last few times we had this ( Papies 93-94) but could well be down to palate fatigue when this arrived . Almost like a young Pinot or should we say a young Barbaresco , juicy and with a sweet edge of well ripen , young fruit. Give this more time and will become something properly special. 92 on this occasion

  Perfumed with characters of tar and roses, and although there is a little plum fruit I felt that astringent tannins and heat predominated, not assisted by some Bretty notes. Perhaps this was way too young and needed to develop, but as it stood remained ungainly and out of balance. CHP 85 pts

  Second time we cross paths with it in a month ( Papies 94) and this time was selected by the owner/sommelier of Vintage in Lefkosia as the only wine that could follow the Dalamara VV 2018 ( Papies 95) . And Indeed was a task for this wine to follow but one it did ever so well albeit this felt ever so much more younger on in the fruit . Nice bright rich fruit, smoky edge , good use of oak and an ever elegant wine . Very young but not austere or difficult just we are now only seeing as we said before a small glimpse of what this wine can deliver. 93-94 and patience will be rewarded here. Think young semi modernist superbly made Barolo.

  This was drinkable from the start. Stylistically it actually reminds me a hipster Spanish Grenache but with more intensity. Ripe fruit, good acid and all in balance. Cherry, earth, spice and mint. Best Greek wine I’ve had to date (including whites).
  
  This is likely the best Greek producer and region at the moment.

  Young and definitely needs time to develop but also a beautiful wine and one can so easily detect the effortless beauty that lies beneath this wine and will be delivered in time. Impressive depth of flavour, concentrated, akin to a top end Barolo, dark fruits , silky and this is Greek winemaking at its best. We have a few more bottles of this and we look forward to tasting them as they age but this is irresistible now too. 93-94 and welcome to a great journey into the future of Greek great wines.
