Paid $42, which is way higher than I normally would spend, but we had a gift card. Very fruit forward wine and smooth. I would buy again if I could get it in that $25-30 range.

Toasted marshmallow, dried cherry. I expected it to be tight but it’s super drinkable. I’d say this could cellar for 3-5 years max. Maybe longer but it might get flabby.

There is an unexplicable amount of sweetness to this wine. So much so that I really think there must be some actual residual sugar in here which is just confounding and really wonky. There might be something here for lovers of sweeter jammy or red wines to enjoy, but for me it's just way too sweet and I'm frankly surprised at Betz for releasing something so basic.

Cherry and blackberry, leather, clove and spices on the nose and pallet. Smooth tannins and easy drinking, good balance overall but a little jammy.
