Pale lemon. Classy, well proportioned wine centered on fresh lemon, plus linen, ocean spray and and a touch of grassy/herbal character. Medium+ acidity, medium body, medium finish, very clean and fresh without being sharp; a terrific wine to go with roasted Halibut with melted leeks and Meyer lemon beurre blanc, a dish which is both rich and tart and won't match to zippy or full bodied whites (the recipe specifically paired to Vermentino actually and it really is an ideal combo, h/t to Evan Goldstein). Next to a well made Sonoma Chardonnay, the lack of oak (and maybe malo?) is really apparent.

Loads of citrus and minerality along with some phenolic bitterness that makes for a really beautiful wine. Lost Boys would drink this all day. BANGARANG!

Very nice, salty mineral character with huge acidity, lemon. By the end the acidity got to be a bit much for me with a ton of vegetables, but a great, flavorful Vermentino

Medium lemon color. Nose of assorted citrus fruits with some white florals and crushed seashells along with a touch of almond skin. Very nice. Similar flavors on the palate with a zesty lemony finish. Medium+ acidity, medium bodied. Drinks very fresh and crisp and the flavor profile seemed more old world than Napa Valley white wine to me so this was really quite good.

Dry, acidic, mineral forward and a little salty. Super crisp and bright.
