Creamy floral aroma. Meyer lemon flavor with lots of tropical fruits, pineapple, melon, and apple on the finish. Lovely depth of flavor and complexity. Acidic backbone provides structure. Fine, delicate bubbles.
This is fantastic, particularly for the price. Drinking great now but will cruise in the cellar.

Palate is lemon, pineapple, papaya, green apple, pear, stone fruit. Very bright. Lots of zest and some slight sourness which leaks to a fun skittles candy element

On the palate- Bright tropical fruits and fresh citrus, lemon peel and lime peel, lemon curd and fresh baked bread, toasted almond and fresh cream in the finish. The finish is broad yet refined with great acidity and structure. This is drinking KILLER right now but will age for another 10 plus years if not longer with no problem.

Best UTW I’ve ever had. Honeysuckle nose with other floral elements. Green apple and Meyer lemon dominate. Fantastic acidity and wonderful finish.

Stone fruit nose, and a really interesting orange-y palate. Bit of biscuit, but mostly tang. Good for an 80 degree day, but not stupefying.
