  Color light yellow-green. Nose: bread, grass, and a refined note of flowers. Taste: a light mix of peach and apple, with a good acidity. Quite pure, well balanced, fresh and light in the style that appears to be characteristic of Dutch white wine, of which this is a very nice example. The pinot gris in the blend is recognizable as usual with this wine. Very drinkable and a very good companion of white apsparagus. 88-89
