  90% Semillon and 10% Chenin Blanc
  
  Medium to full body, pale straw colour. Delicate aroma of orchard fruits, haystack and honey. Creamy palate of green peaches and pears following by long mineral finish of gentle acidity. Just bottled and still not ready, too hard predict now how it will develop but looks as wine with high potential. Tasted with Sphera supplied cheeses. Serve 12ºC - 14ºC. Start drink in couple years.
