  • It is most certainly the most expensive Languedoc white nowadays, and some might give it a 94/96

    Stiil I personally need more acidity and some more balance in the end.

    My take to that BiG wine

    Nose of light reduction, with fennel, smoke... M+IOA

    Palate start kicking with lively freshness, then a bolder wine appears, with almost a sweetness and a rich full body, mid palate is over the top in terms of body and richness, it is high alcohol for sure... with loads of bergamot and honey...

    It is a very long and rich wine, the acidity is low but it has a strong minerality and freshness easing a bit the strength and power, altogether it is a huge wine, not everybody's taste... Riesling and Chablis lovers ... you might just skip that one. If you re into Trevallon, Big Napa Chardonnays, or Beaucastel VV ... go for it
