Very nicely nuanced pinot. Lots of depth and structure but still light on its feet. Well done.

Napa and Sonoma (Hamel, Jewell, Reeve, Enriquez, Wren Hop, Phifer Pavitt, Gamble, Markham, Amulet, Pride Mountain, Pahlmeyer, Arrow&Branch, Fait-Main); 7/10/2023-7/14/2023 (Sonoma and Napa): Tasted at the estate with James and Marisa. PNP. Purplish brown color. Red fruit on the nose. 14 months in oak. Complex integrated tannins. My favorite of the flight and purchased one for dinner that night with our group. That night this pinot got more air in the glass, opened up and was really nice with NY strip. This is a "Pinot for cab lovers".
Beautifully done. Day 2 and 3 were the best as it had time to develop the Pinot and RRV characteristics.
