  • A really zippy Austrian rosé. Light salmon color. Aggressive acidity in the entry and thru the finish. Quite refreshing. Made from Zweigelt and St. Laurent grapes. In style, compare to a French Chablis but at a much more favorable price. Terrific value.

  • Not the most profound, and on some days I might have found it perhaps a little too acidic, but today it was perfect. Sipped while chopping onion, sauteing, and other dinner prep, while looking out on a sunny early evening on the deck....birds, squirrels, bunnies... Grilling to start up soon. Just really pleasant and what a simple summer rose is all about. Not very complex, but just very pleasant to drink.
