  Soft red fruit, thinner than expected through the core, gentle but a little nondescript with some earth and a finish on acidity. Interesting, past vintages have had an intensity of redness that I really liked and have been slightly reductive with plastic/industrial notes at pop. This seems open but muted and in a completely different style. Maybe a change of source or bad bottle? Huh.
