Light amber in the glass with quite a bit of sediment in there. Nose is pure, no VA, no Brett to detect here - an explosion of passionfruit, melon, pineapple, jasmine and some orange peel. Palate is ultra-light with a low abv (10%) and moderate acidity. Don't think complexity, think drinkability. Glou glou kind of wine that will have you smashing the whole bottle in under 30 minutes.

Nose: [57°-63°] Fresh pears, tangerine skins and slices and grapefruit flesh. White and orange flowers also compliment the fruits well. Has a lifted, fun and refreshing funk like most natural wines do.
Palate: [57°-64°] Flavors reflect the nose completely with the addition of some grass, dried straw and lightly bitter minerals. A good amount of orange zest/pith. Finishes with the minerals and bitter zest.
Attributes: Turbid and hazy with a deep orange-straw color. Dry with little to no tannin. Medium-minus body with low acidity. Good finish of at least 14-16 seconds.
Thoughts: Dry and refreshing. This lacks a lot of acidity for me though. Acidity would've made this really exciting and interesting to taste. Enjoyed the dry but good citrus notes here. A bit round and fell flat due to the lack of acidity. Enjoy chilled, please. Allowing this to come to room temp really dulls it out.
Serving notes: Bordeaux glass. Slow ox'ed at ~54° and consumed over 6 hours. Recommend serving ~52°-56° with a decant of at least 4-6 hours at cellar temp if opening now.

Very "natural". Some typical acquired-taste glue and also some elderflower (the Moscatel). Some tannins, mouth feel is quite good. Quite quaffable.

Veldig vanskelig å bedømme. Rareste vinen jeg har smakt. Mye frukt og funk på samme tid. Likte det ikke særlig.
