  This is fun. We've got some Romorantin here. There's a little bit of Rhone action here to me, in the sense that's there's a little bit of waxiness to the wine, and the fruit veers from white to yellow. It's midweight, and offers some unique qualities that would make it a fun wine to pair. I wonder if you could put a little tropical fruit in a dish with this wine. Nice acidity.
