Oh wow, we really have something interesting and distinct here. Not exactly a rose, and definitely not very pink, but just a mouth full of flavor. Several well chosen pedigreed vineyard varieties vinified separately with full malolactic. I get scuppernong, muscadine and clementines. There is an earthy taste of grape skins. Something like roots and wood. Rich but smooth. Spicy apricot on the finish.
