Straightforward summer sipper. A little bit of texture and complexity. It does its job well for the price.

Sonoma Coast value 2022 Rodney Strong Pinot Noir Rosé ($16 Wine.com). Mid salmon, some viscosity (13.0 alc.); floral, strawberry, red fruit nose; mid acids; medium depth; semi-long crisp fruity finish. w/appetizers. 15 UC Davis scale, 88 others scales.
The Seventh Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American True Rosés (Houston, Texas): Retail $25. Medium, lovely pink with a ripe, fruity nose of fresh strawberry and cherry. Really fruity, on the verge of Jolly Rancher with a hint of sweetness, but the acidity makes it work. Even well. 90 Points.www.thedrunkencyclist.com
