  • Not much of a nose beyond dry toast, on the palate, green fruit, citrus, very pleasant buttery, floral and herbal notes with a clean finish. Small to medium bubbles. Good QPR.

  • Organic & biodynamic. 64% pinot gris, 25% auxerrois, 11% chardonnay as indicated by Sophie Barmès.
    Disgorged November 2, 2022.
The nose on this particular vintage is quite floral/mineral but not at all in an off-putting way. Although this spent a substantial amount of time on lees, both the nose and the palate remain very fresh and bright with just delicate hints of autolytic evolution. Lovely, lengthy, slightly salty/briny finish.
