  • This wine received significant attention in Norway, especially on DN.no, and was considered quite the hype. However, it remains a great value for its price. The interplay between mineral undertones and fruit flavors is impressive, offering good fruit characteristics. As expected, it leans towards a more linear, rugged, and shorter profile, which could have benefited from a more substantial structure. It's not easy to find better wines for around €20 in Norway from this region.

Did it meet the hype? Well, it's a bit uncertain. It's certainly a good wine, perfect for a late summer evening and a casual white wine-friendly barbecue. Still, it may not be the kind of wine that stands out in the long run. Nevertheless, I would purchase it again and appreciate it for what it is – a fantastic bottle of wine within its category

  • Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, white peach, ripe lemon, smoke, wet stone and white flowers. Medium taste of ripe yellow apples, whit peach, apricot, ripe lemon, smoke, flint and wet stone. Medium (+) long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good blend of 19, 20 and 21 Chardonnay (80%) and 22 Aligoté (20%) from Burgundy. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.
