Strågul/-grønn. Delikat lukt av grønne epler og litt nektarin. Rund, oljeaktig, preg av eple/pære. Mineraler og fersk frukt. Behagelig syre. Dette er definitivt verdt de 200 kr den kostet. Ber om mat (fisk og skinke), men kan sikkert også helt fint drikkes alene for den som holder på med den slags.

Pale lemon colour. Medium and developing nose with ripe green apples, white peach, ripe lemon, smoke, wet stone and white flowers. Medium taste of ripe yellow apples, whit peach, apricot, ripe lemon, smoke, flint and wet stone. Medium (+) long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good blend of 19, 20 and 21 Chardonnay (80%) and 22 Aligoté (20%) from Burgundy. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with fish or shellfish.
