  Very light colour, could almost be a dark rose. 11% alcohol. Cloudy, unfiltered. Macerated strawberries nose, light jammy. Maturing so clearly a drink now/up proposition. slight browning element that can come to light reds as they age. Soft low acid finish. Sunday lunch wine.
  After airing a sour cherry note crept in, not as nice.
