  • ENGLISH:
    Nose: Fresh, airy, rather subtle, creamy, very white, soft notes, delicate Nashi pear, gooseberries without acidity almost, a hint of green notes, thyme and grasses, fresh toast
    Taste: Delicate pear, yellow apples, thyme, a little green pepper, gooseberries, creamy round, toast, spicy finish, hint of ginger and aniseed, lingers longer in the mouth, almost buttery in the finish, it is so creamy
    Comment: The nose could be a tad fuller, nice and creamy on the palate, low acidity (as I like it), complex due to the green notes, exciting grape variety.

    ORIGINAL GERMAN:
    Nose: Frisch, luftig, eher dezent, cremig, sehr weiße, weiche Noten, zarte Nashi-Birne, Stachelbeeren ohne Säure fast, ein Hauch grünes, Thymian und Gräser, frisches Toast
    Taste: Zarte Birne, gelbe Äpfel, Thymian, ein wenig grüner Pfeffer, Stachelbeeren, cremig-rund, Toast, spicy Finish, Hauch Ingwer und Anis, behält man ihn länger im Mund, fast schon Butter im Finish, so cremig ist er
    Comment: Die Nase dürfte einen Tick voller sein, im Geschmack schön cremig, wenig Säure (wie ich es mag), komplex durch die grünen Noten, spannende Rebsorte.
