Have to confess I fail to detect what the fuss is all about with this one: 88 - 90 points?? Pretty simple and straightforward with no remarkable facets. Fairly characteristic of Washington syrah in being more berry fruit rather than the cooked versions from further south. Still, compare it with Syncline and it shrinks.

Very good, we really enjoyed, and are glad we have more. It is very smooth, typical "peppery" taste of Syrah. Not overly complex, but wouldn't expect at this price point. Paired nicely with steak. Good everyday, and picked up for 30% off, so good value for the price

Sunday Dinner (Jeff McHugh's condo): Great fruit and earthiness. Nice QPR as well! Can't beat the mix of fruit, acidity and earth that comes through on the palate.

This was a good one. Red berry, smoke/bacon, with a little chocolate on the finish. Nicely balanced.
