  A very special bottle of rosé. This is red wine disguised in dark pink. Or it could be described as how certain red wines were made, traditionally, some long while ago.
  Although I’ve paid attention to wine for decades, I detected aromas and flavors that I’ve never encountered before, especially when it was first opened.
  It has plenty phenolics, and a fair bit of tannin. This wine occupies a place of a its own. A place we really liked, though maybe not for everyone. Outstanding & memorable.
